Just one year ago, the SunVizion Center of Excellence (CoE) launched quietly with just three training videos and one bold idea:

Make OSS/BSS learning practical, scalable, and accessible — for real telecom professionals in real projects.

Twelve months later, that idea has transformed into a mature, high-impact platform that’s become a daily companion for dozens of engineers, administrators, consultants, and project teams working with SunVizion.

 

From 3 Videos to 150+ Role-Based Trainings

What started as a seed has grown into a full learning ecosystem. Today, the CoE offers more than 150 training modules, covering every key role involved in deploying, operating, and supporting SunVizion solutions — across telecom operators and certified partners alike.

  • For sales teams: value-based selling, product positioning, and demo readiness
  • For implementation teams: deployment methodologies, use case configuration, and integration practices
  • For system users: hands-on guidance tailored to everyday tasks and business processes

Intelligent Assistant: From Support Tool to Everyday Mentor

One of the most dynamic evolutions over the past year has been our built-in Intelligent Assistant — a smart help feature that has quickly become a go-to companion for SunVizion users.

What started as a knowledge retrieval tool is now actively used by our community to:

  • Get context-sensitive instructions on how to configure or verify elements
  • Troubleshoot setup issues in real time
  • Search documentation without leaving the interface
  • Learn system behavior through natural language queries
